This error occurs mostly when you are trying to install Paper Tiger version 4.0 in Vista Operating System.

Updating to 4.1

Paper Tiger version 4.0 is not compatible with Vista Operating System. Our latest version 4.1 is compatible with Vista Operating System, as well as Windows 7 and 64 bit computers. Version 4.1 is a free update for existing 4.0 customers.

Go to our Software Updates to download the updates for the latest version.

Updating should resolve any errors you are receiving when installing the Paper Tiger version 4.1 in Vista Operating System.
