How do I use the Activity Log?

Use the activity log to keep track of the recent activities and changes within your databases.

To use the Activity Log:

1.Go to the dashboard, and look at the activity and announcement area

2.  The activity log is divided between your various databases. Each element is color coded:

Orange represents changes or activity at the database level

Blue represents changes or activity at the location level

Green represents changes or activity at item level

Red represents changes or activity at the category level

If you make a change and forget about it or make a mistake, you can use the activity log to trace back your steps and find the change.
