I had to reload my computer. My backed up data base in .csv. I cannot connect it with the program because the suffix is supposed to be .bak. Any ideas?
Thanks, Frank

Hello Frank,
For .CSV files you can use the import functionality and inport as a text file.

I'm attempting to delete a database on The Paper Tiger Online. The password I use is not accepted. What is the most effective solution to this problem?

Since I have gone to PT online, I have not been able to run any reports. Is that a common issue for anyone? We have high speed satellite internet (HUghes Net Business) but periodically have had issues with just a couple of other software products such as Logmein.

Ann,
The problem with having intermittent internet connection is that your IP address may change. In this day and age of authentication and cookies, this is a problem because an active session is more often than not bound to your unique IP address at the time. We ahve several other folks with similar problems and we are trying to figure out a best way to solve it.
