How do I use Find First?

Find First is a feature that keeps you from duplicating Items within the same Database, during Item creation.

When creating an Item, as you begin typing the name, Paper Tiger alerts you of other Items that might have similarities in their names. This way you can tell Items that are related by name, which you may want to merge the information together.

A link appears above the Item text box notifying you of the number of Items containing similarities. If you want to merge the Items, pick one of the Items in the list in which you want to merge the new Item.
