How do I delete a pending toss?

I tried to delete an item but it is now showing pending toss. I want to delete it completely.

To delete the item go to the confirmations view and confirm the toss of that item. This will remove the Pending status. To delete an item without needing to confirm, toss the item and select NO to receiving a confirmation.
