Receiving PTDBinstallctl.exe Error on Paper Tiger Installation

Error
When attempting to install Paper Tiger Filing System Software, the installation quits and prompts the following error:
"PTDBInstallCTL has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Solution
Please check the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article for help. The error occurs because of an installed update of Microsoft .NET 2.0 SP1.
