My Locations and Categories windows are not displaying

When you click on Categories, Location, Browser etc., Paper Tiger will open a new window if it is not there.
Below are the steps to see the Categories, Location, Browser windows:
1. Go to Windows menu,
2. It will display all the windows which are open (clicked).
3. Select the window (Browser, Category or Locations) which you are unable to see the window.
