Paper Tiger displays a blank page when trying to export a database or does not export.
CAUSE:
This issue usually occurs when a location name in your database exceeds 31 characters *including spaces*. This is due part to the data being imported from Paper Tiger Online, into Excel by way of input fields which cannot be expanded automatically if the location name in Paper Tiger exceeds 31 characters.
RESOLUTION:
Ensure that your location names in the database do not exceed 31 characters. Open the database in question, and review your location names. Edit any location names that exceed 31 characters to decrease the characters, such as removing unnecessary spaces or other special characters.
