How do I confirm a transfer or tossed item?

If you choose to require confirmation when you transfer or toss item(s), you will need to confirm the action prior to the action showing in your database. You will be able to see the Item(s) to be transferred or tossed in a list prior to the action in the database by clicking on the Confirm box. You can also print a Transfer report if you wish prior to the confirmation.

Procedure to confirm a transfer or toss:

  1. Open your Paper Tiger Online and select the database.
  2. Click on "Confirm" button and then it will display all the pending items.
  3. Click on the check box related to the item or items to accept the transfer and/or toss.
  4. Click on the Confirm button.
  5. Then the required action will be done, and you will be able to see the items in the new Location.
