How can I file my paper documents before going to the file cabinet?

How can I file my paper (1) sitting at my desk? (2) office filing but do it at home? (3) filing while on the road?

1)    You can file sitting at your desk by taking your stack of papers and typing Item Names and Keywords for each item or group of relating items into Paper Tiger, noting the Item Number assigned onto each by writing directly on the item or placing a sticky note with the Item Number onto the item.

2)    Print out an Item List Report to take home with you, along with sticky notes. Note the appropriate item name and/or file number for them on the individual items. When you return to the office, you or someone else can input the information into Paper Tiger, then file them in the appropriate file number.

3)    Carry your Paper Tiger Item List Report in a file folder in your briefcase when you are out of the office. As you collect papers, note the appropriate item name and/or file number for them on the individual items. When you return to the office, you or someone else can input the information into Paper Tiger, then file them in the appropriate file number.
