I forgot my password! What can I do?

1.  Click the "Forgot my Password" Link on the main Sign In page



2.  Enter your email and the answer to the security question

If your email address is not in the system or your subscription has been suspended or closed, then the system will not recognize your email address. You will need to open a tech support ticket to resolve.



3.  Confirmation that reset email has been sent

If your email address is recognized by the system, then it will send an email to you with instructions on how to reset your password



4.  Email from Paper Tiger

You will see an email from Paper Tiger in your inbox. Please note that your email provider or server may tag the email as spam, so be sure to check those folders if you do not find it in your inbox folder



5.  Follow email instructions

In the email, you will find a link to reset your password. Please note that this link can only be used once and it also has an expiration period of 24 hours if not clicked.



6.  Enter New Password

Enter your new password. Once you confirm the password, you will be forwarded to the login page. Use your email address and new password to log in
