During your document management life cycle, you may need to move your items from one Location to another. The Transfer function allows you to move your items between Locations. To move an item or multiple items:
1. Click on the Location with the items you want to move.
2. Select one or more of the item(s) you want to move and click the "Transfer" button, and select move, merge or duplicate.
3. In the Pop-up box that appears select the Location you want to transfer your items to, and change the action date if needed. You can also select to require a confirmation before Paper Tiger actually moves the item, if you want to print a Transfer Report to check when moving the physical items. Click the "Move Files" button to submit the Transfer.
