If I try Paper Tiger Online and want to go back to The Paper Tiger desktop software, how do I do this?

I find this to be a serious drawback. Why would anyone want to go to a version from which there is no possiblity of migrating back? A one-way ticket to be sure.
I strongly suggest that you reconsider this policy.

Yes, what customer support is that? It should be possible to program this one!

So excited about PTO. With a home and business computer I can set up PTO and create home and business locations and not worry about the program being only on one computer. Being able to go online from any computer is great.  One other benefit could be if I am away from my home and grandparents are watching my kids and they need certain information, I can go online from where I am, look it up and direct them where to go. Just seems great!

Thanks so much for your comments. Our Mac customers have been asking for this for a while, and we are glad that we can provide Paper Tiger Online. We are very excited about this new product and thrilled that you are too!

I would like to be able to sync my regular PT with the online PT. My Windows 7 Ultimate has trouble with the online version, XP is great though. If I could sync, I would have more options with labels. Unless I'm missing something, I do not see an option to put a file description on the label like you can on the original version. Great program otherwise!

At this time, we do not have a way to sync Paper Tiger desktop version with Paper Tiger Online. If you will, please let our tech support know what kind of trouble you're having with Windows 7 Ultimate so they can work on fixing the issue. Simply click on the Help button in the upper right corner when logged into Paper Tiger Online and submit a ticket.

I'm not sure what you mean by option to put a file description on the label. The item wizard in the online version has the same fields as does the desktop version, unless you are referring to the Notes field. If you can't see your Notes field in the online version, go to Database Preferences and under the Notes section, click the button beside 'Yes. I would like to have notes!' I believe that should take care of what you need in this instance. thanks!
