It seems the database backup file has corrupted at the time of conversion.

Creating a New Backup File
- Open The Paper Tiger.
- Navigate to File > Database Backup Manager. (Refer Image 1)
- It will open Database Backup Manager window (Refer Image 2)
- Click on Create New Backup File radio button.
- Click on the Backup Database button.
This will create a new .BAK file, which should solve the problem.

Alternative Solution
If the above instructions do not work, please follow instructions below to see if this corrects the problem:
-Navigate to your C:\ drive.
-Navigate to Paper Tiger PT*****41 DBBackups. (***** will be the version of Paper Tiger you are using.)
-Move all of the .BAK files out of the folder. (We suggest not deleting these files until you have confirmed that this solution has worked for you. Simply move them to your desktop or create a new folder on your desktop or in your 'My Documents' folder and move the .BAK files to there. The desired result is to make sure that there are no .BAK files in the folder named Paper Tiger PT*****41 DBBackups)
-Go back to Paper Tiger and Click on the Backup Database button.
Note 1: ***** will be the version of Paper Tiger you are using.
Note 2: We suggest not deleting these files until you have confirmed that this solution has worked for you.
