What does a professional organizer do?

 

Professional Organizers provide systems, solutions and information to help people more effectively manage their environment and get organized to be more productive. Many specialize in specific areas of organizing including work in the following areas: business (corporate and home office), time management, paper management, filing systems, clutter control, behavior modification, space planning, residential organizing, event planning, errands, financial management, memorabilia/photographs, relocation, records management, computers, estates, organized living, public speaking, and training.

Some professional organizers work with specific populations such as seniors, children, students, legal/medical offices, ADD/ADHD, or chronically disorganized clients. Some professional organizers work regionally, while others have national or international availability.
