Paper Tiger Network Client Can't Find the Server Name

Solution: Domain Profile configuration via Group Policy Management Editor:

In order for client applications to gain access to the Paper Tiger server, a user must modify the Domain Profile configuration via Group Policy Management Editor. 

Once you have gained access to your Group Policy Management Editor in order to edit your Domain Profile, you will need to navigate to:

Path: Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Network > Network Connections > Windows Firewall > Domain Profile

You must ensure you have configured the following settings to ensure your clients can communicate to the server.  In order to configure the following settings, double-click on the settings provided below and configure its state:

1.  Windows Firewall: Allow local program exceptions                                                      Enabled

2.  Windows Firewall: Protect all network connections                                                      Disabled

3.  Windows Firewall: Do not allow exceptions                                                                   Disabled
