Can I change the index number of an item in a location?

In Paper Tiger, when you create an item in a location, it will automatically assign the index number to that item. When you delete the item, Paper Tiger leaves this index number open until you add a new item. When you add a new item, Paper Tiger will select the first available open index number for you to place the file. 

There is no option to change the index of an item in a location. (Refer Image 1)
